Welcome to Miyi's Pet Shop. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Miyi's Pet Shop. We operate this website and online store, including all associated tools, features, services, content, and products (the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience. Orders cannot be cancelled once accepted, and are subject to our Refund Policy. You agree that your purchases are for personal, non-commercial use and not for resale or export.

5. Shipping and Delivery
All shipping and delivery estimates are non-binding. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Miyi’s Pet Shop is hosted on Shopify, but all sales and transactions are directly between you and Miyi’s Pet Shop. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases. You release Shopify from any claims arising out of your transactions with us.

Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy as well as Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our data collection and processing practices, including international data transfers.
