We currently ship to addresses within Puerto Rico and the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Timeframe
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is within:

Delivery Issues
Miyi’s Pet Shop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or delivery issues once the package is marked as delivered.
