Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Miyi's Pet Shop. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed and fulfilled.
2. Exceptions
Exceptions may be made only under the following circumstances:
- You received an incorrect item due to our error.
- The item arrived defective or damaged.
To request an exception, you must contact us within five (5) days of delivery at joliveras@miyipetshop.com. We will review your claim and, if approved, we may issue a replacement or store credit, at our sole discretion.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
4. Responsibility for Correct Information
It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address, product selection, and order details are accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for errors made during checkout by the customer.
5. Legal Rights
This policy does not override any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. Where such laws apply, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
